Preheat oven to 325 F. In a greased 9 X 13 baking dish, spread a 20 oz. can of crushed and drained pineapple to cover bottom; stir in 1 cup Blueberry Mix. Evenly spread dry yellow cake mix over top of fruit mixture; drizzle 8 tbsp. melted butter over cake mix. Sprinkle with 3/4 C finely chopped pecans and bake at 325 F for 30-35 minutes until brown. Serve with dollop of Terrific Whipped Topping.
Blend together 8 oz. cream cheese, 8 oz. thawed whipped topping, and Blueberry Mix. Fold in 1 C blueberries. Scoop onto waffle and drizzle with more Blueberry Mix. Also good as a dessert.
Break store bought angel food cake into bite sized pieces. Fold cake into Terrific Whipped Topping. Serve in dessert bowl. Drizzle with Blueberry Mix and fresh blueberries before serving.
Blend 1/3 C Blueberry Mix in 12 oz. thawed whipped topping. Use as dip or top desserts or drinks.
Stir together 6 C Rice Chex cereal and 2 X of walnut halves in a 9 x 13 pan. Melt 1/4 butter, 1/2 C brown sugar and 1/2 C of Blueberry Mix. Heat until boiling, simmering for two minutes. Add 1/2 tsp baking soda and stir until foamy. Pour mixture over cereal and nuts and stir to coat well. Bake at 250 F for one hour, stiring mixture once. Remove from oven and spread on a cookie sheet to cool.
