3 C. mango puree
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 C Milk
1/2 C Mango Mix
6 thick slices of bread
3 tbs. Cinnamon Mix
Pour mango puree evenly over the bottom of an ovenproof baking dish coated with cooking spray. Set aside. Combine eggs, milk and Mango Mix in a large bowl. Whisk to combine. Carefully dredge bread through the egg mixture, making sure that each is well-coated. Carefully place the bread slices over pie filling in baking dish, allowing them to overlap slightly. Sprinkle with Savannah Cinnamon Mix and bake for 40-50 minutes or until toast is golden. Very good served with Mango Cream Sauce.
